Startup Sound Changer is a free, portable application that allows users to customize their startup sound in both Windows 7 and Windows Vista. With the app, users can set a *.wav file as their startup sound, play the current startup sound, and restore the default sound. The default sound can be found at c:%2FProgramData%2FStartupSoundChanger%2Fdefault.wava and administrative rights are required to run the application.
